DUNCAN, James Dallas “Jimmy”, age 60 of Dayton passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his parents James William Duncan & MaryLou McMahan.

Survived by his daughter Amber Hook (Austin Bullion), father: Don McMahan, siblings: Rhonda (Dave) Horn, Don Charles McMahan, Roger Michael (Vickie) McMahan, Lori (Steve) Truran & David McMahan. Nieces & nephews: Kendra, Shelby (Michael), Madison, Cassidy, Brooke, Jordan, Chase, Gabi, Mason & Landon. Great nephews Wyatt & Beckham, great niece Journi, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and loved ones.

Jimmy loved to collect dolphins, flashlights and knives. When he was younger he enjoyed riding motorcycles around the family farm. He also played the clarinet when he was younger. Always loved a hot cup of coffee with plenty of cream and sugar, as well as Softees Plain Donuts. He enjoyed classic television shows and going to haunted houses. Ever the people-pleaser & peacekeeper, he found immense pleasure in being a caretaker for others. It was a lifelong dream of his to visit the Grand Canyon. One of Jimmy's greatest attributes was he would always help when needed - whatever it was.
He will be dearly missed by us all.

Service & Interment will be at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery (Abby Mausoleum) 8135 N. Dixie Dr., Dayton, OH 45414, on April 20, 2021, at 3 pm. Friends & family may arrive at 2:30 pm.

Jimmy and my Dad worked on a lot of things in Crown Village. I know that he was a good person and my Dad and Mom both loved him. I'm deeply sorry for this to have happened and when we lived in the sectional home on Encore, Jimmy lived 2 spots down below us. Miss everyone there. Hugs and prayers to you all. Love you all. Uncle Jimmy taught me my right from my left driving around on the golf cart on the farm. I'll never forget that.
