I had the privilege of working with Noblee for over 26 years at the National Museum of the USAF. She was a strong woman of character and a keen observer of life. She could read people like a book. She knew the people she could count on and the ones she could not. She lived life with a quiet grace and trust in God. We shared a great deal including a sense of humor that sometimes resulted in the giggles, occasionally bringing us both to tears. I will always remember the kind words and hugs she gave my mother when we attended museum events. I was honored to be her friend. Deepest sympathies to the family.

I am obliged to share my thoughts about Noblee Lenoir. I noticed that Noblee's work ethic was always to the highest standard. In her long tenure in Operations Division at the Af Museum she could always be depended upon to be on time and present for her duty shift. She took her responsibilities quite seriously and was a great example and mentor to younger employees. I as a first line manager I always appreciated and knew I could depend on Noblee.
I would like to express my heart felt condolences to Noblee's daughter Germisela (sp) and her family including her grandson, whom Noblee loved dearly. My God bless and comfort you through this most difficult time in your life.
Sincerely Jim Neill

Noblee I always thought of you as a sister. I will always remember the fun we had dancing on girls night out. The fact that I will not be able to share those fun times with you anymore breaks my heart forever. Your cousin, Lottie Moore
